POLAR STUDIO'S HISTORY
In 1975 Noel's daughter Anne took control as the main photographer for the studio and carried on the fine tradition Noel had established as the premier portrait studio in the North Bay area. Anne's education at Ryerson in Toronto gave her a strong sense of fashion that showed in her portraits and gave every subject their own top model experience. Anne decided to retire from full time photography at the end of 2007 and now the studio is under the direction of Noel's youngest son Brian. Brian studied photography at Fanshaw collage at the end of the 70's and has since been working his craft through the studio covering everything from weddings to commercial photography.
Through both studio and location photography, Polar Studio offers services for all your needs. Families have confided in us over the years for portraits of their new born, family portraits, children's portraits, communions, confirmations, bar/bat mitzvahs, school sports, proms, high school senior portraits, and weddings. Executives, politicians and corporate chairmen have relied on us to create their very important image. Polar Studio was established in 1954 by Noel
